For those interested, UTIA stands for Universal Truth Investigative Associates, the basis of which can be found at www.its-dms.com/utiainvestigationmatrix.htm . Essentially, it's my concept of taking "what's already known" to the next level of discovery and allowing for examination of theories regarded as "far fetched" or "paranormal."

I am currently looking for solid information regarding the "stellar bar" as reported in the August 16, 2005 (anniversary of Elvis Presley's death by the way) online at USA Today Space and Science time stamped at 5:55 PM.
